| Juan O'Perez is a feature of Dublin life and combines the Celtic and the Romantic aspects of his nature in his oil painting. He gained his first experience of creative life when, as a child, he helped his Godfather who was a master cabinet maker in his workshop. His work has been highly praised by Aidan Dunne, Art Critic of The Irish Times who has written, "O'Perez is audacious with colour, making bold, vivid images in a distinctive vein of stylised figuration". |
